Shoot a heavier bullet.
All other things being equal (not they ever are) a heavier bullet will out penentrate a lighter one.
Without knowing what caliber/cartridge you use, I would say just go up in grain weight, as long as accuracy is accptable.

I've shot quite a few moose, and i've not found a better bullet than Nosler partitions. I really like the way the nose blows off and creates a big wound chanell, and then the rest of the bullet drives on through, going deeper than any other expanding bullet i've ever used.
Sure, a solid will out penetrate them, but the partition does it while leaveing a good wound chanell!!
Bonded bullets expand fairly well, but any bullet that holds together while expanding well, isn't going to penetrate like a partition.
I like my bullets to go on through with good penetration, and Nosler has the bullet that does that best for me.
