I would guess fake too. The back forks are just too unbelievable, as is the spread and mass and , well, just everything about it. You're looking at a 400 B&C net typical animal there !!

Oh my god that is the biggest thing I have ever seen, I believe it is real. The only thing that makes me question it is that why hasnt it been entered before A mount takes at least 6 months at a good taxidermist so it wasnt shot this year. well on second thought this is cinda fishy he hasnt been in any magazines or there hasnt been any talk at all. Bucks like this dont appear out of thin air.

That would explain it then. The thing looks like an elk.

DK is right. Those antlers are carved wood. Still I wouldn't mind having him on my wall. Talk about a conversation starter. LOL.

Carved of wood. All measurements are 20% larger than the Burris buck which is the real B&C World Record Typical.

POI - There is a pending New World Record Typical Mule Deer. The buck was killed by Lee Spurgeon and has a net typical score of 229 7/8". Mr. Spurgeon is deceased, and the antlers are owned by Kirt Darner. He plans to submit them for panel judging at the next B&C awards banquet. If you would like to read the full story it is at this site -
