Thanks all for the replies.

Wolf Killer, thanks for the report on performance. That helps me a lot. I suspect performance should be about the same. Here the Accubonds are about $5 LESS per box of 50 and that, coupled with better accuracy and simular performance makes me want to use them.

Now I just have to wait until hunting season, only 7 months to go...

no they are not the same

the core loct ULTRA are supposed to be similiar

162 grain Nosler Partition, shot out of a 7mm Magnum. I cannot remember the last time that I needed to follow a blood trail, and if so, it was for a very short distance.

30-06 180 grain factory load coreloc or partition has gotten the job done for me. However nothing beats getting in close with archery equipment I think.
