Just wanted to let you know that Arkansas does have a draw hunt every year, and we have some big bulls here, but it is almost imposible to draw a tag here. Too many big spenders like to hunt here. but it is worth a try.

I am not sure about Ohio. you could check on either the rocky mountain elk foundation home page or on Ohio's DWR site.

Thanks everyone, hey, like the NY lottery says>"all it takes is a dollar and a dream" well maybe a few bucks and a chance; I'll take it either way. And bearklr, thanks for that idea. I cn't really justify spending that much on hunting, but hey, things could change.... Thanks for all your ideas and responses
