Wyoming Antelope for 2012
Hi All:
I am planning on doing a 2012 rifle hunt for speed goats in Wyoming. Going with 2 other guys so 3 total, none of us have preference points but are putting in as a group.
I think so far we are looking at units 27, 32, and 72.
Can anyone give advice based on these units? Are they decent units? If not, any others you'd suggest looking at?
We are not trophy seeking folks...but hoping for 3 decent bucks we can all mount to save the memories. Any input is greatly appreciated.

72
I doubt if you can draw 72 without points, but even if you do you should be aware that there is a good deal of private property that blocks access to some (most) BLM sections. However, there are some very nice antelope in 72 if you can be sure that you can locate public sections. It is a tough unit to navigate due to the private property and landowners that have had BLM land fenced for so many years that they believe that it is theirs.
27 is more "hunter friendly" but still might be a tough (but possible) draw with no points.
