that sucker looks huge! I wanna say any shiras over 40 is a trophy, and over 50 is huge....

are those considered canadian moose then?

just got the meat back today.....lots. I bought a new 20.5 sq ft stand up freezer, it is 110% full. I also have a smaller 7.5 sq ft freezer that is full to the top! I have over 500lbs of moose meat now. wont go hungry this winter.

The Moose was 850lbs and the antler spread is 54".
Body wise he not really a monster by Maine standards, but rack wise he is hugh although some do in fact get bigger in rack size as well.. He is still a nice moose though...
