Default Summertime in a Rocky Mtn subdivision‏

I thought this might help fire up the elk hunters a bit more.

I would guess Estes Park also. If not, that is very representative of how the elk are there also.

Kshunter, how many days ago did you take teh pics.?

Looks like Estes Park.... you can't shoot those elk.... they all have first names.

Anyone know what route they finally settled upon to get the elk population in Estes under control?
** Contract shooters?
** Qualified public hunters?
** Birth control (believe it or not)
** Wolves (stupidest idea I've ever heard)

I love to visit Estes Park. Great place to see big bulls and photograph them. But wow look at the shiny clean hide. Someone must be giving them a bath and brushing them also. Man they don't look like that when you shoot one. Some of the stinkiest things around during rut besides a bear.
