Great unit by my research. We've not been lucky enough to draw the tag. We will be in unit 2 Sept. 8-20th. good luck and look forward to seeing the pictures.

Hunted 15 with muzzleloader a couple times and saw a lot of elk right along hwy 12 that separates the two units. We saw most near the divide. They kept crossing back and forth.

Great area. Hunted unit 16e two years ago. Was on thesouthside of unit 16e north of unit 16c just across the road and close to the middle of the units. Some kind of green building pump house and old dump truck over on the unit 16c side. Saw two (2) Monster bulls 350 to 400 class, 300 to 400 yrds off the road, big herd of cows. My tag was for 16e and couldn't have made it across the field without them seeing us anyway. It was still something to see.
