Default Silly Question??

We all love to hunt big game. The one big game I never hear of anyone saynn hmmmmmmmm gonna taste good on the bbq is Sheep. Be it Dall, Big Horn or other, even goat? And before i ask i know when hunting you are not allowed(by law) to allow wild game to spoil or waste .

So my Question is If you hunt Sheep or goat . Do you (personally) eat it ?...and is it any good (tastey)

some of it requires a little work but with the right recipe and a grinder i think i could make a skunks behind taste good.

I find that bighorn is very tasty.I consider it just as fine a meat as elk.
