One Big Elk-----they were bugling the 1st morning. My buddy got the 1 that was bugling. We hunt crossings----so we didn't really bugle him in.
Pagosa is about 60 miles east of Durango. SW Colorado is the prettiest part of Colorado IMO.
Weather is still in the 70's, nights in the mid 30's. No snow up high. 3rd season looks like it's going to be tuff hunting. Bucks are starting to chase does, on the bright side. CB
