Default Getting Dialed In

I'm taking both big game rifles and both bows out tomorrow. Bow season starts on August the 25th, and rifle season starts for me on October the 20th. Add in a little early season duck and goose and the fact that my wife is pregnant, I need to make sure they are right. Anyone else getting a little fired up? I can't wait until August the 25th!!!!!

I'm super stoked!Elk bow hunting starts in late August. After that, I will be deer and elk hunting for the first time ever, at the same time. I will be taking my Rem 300 ultra mag out first, but as soon as I know thatit's to warm.... I'm putting the rifle up and I'm taking my call and my crossbow and I'm going in their bedroom!!!(dark timber) I've killed with my rifle countless times, this year I want anelk or a mulie with my bow or crossbow!!!!!

I will be hunting 1st Elk in the North Park area in Oct. Coming from the flat lands, I am trying to get in shape for the 10k ft elevations, as well as getting the new 300WSM tuned in. Well, I managed to strain some tendons in my lower back doing a leg press last Wed, and have been on the living room floor since!! Feeling a little better today, so should be back tojogging/walking on the local ski hill next week...

I really get the itch in early sept when we start getting some cool weather in MN.

I got the Remington 270, and 300 ultra mag dialed in. I'm never gonna win a grouping contest, but I'd bet on being able to make the shot. I'm going out tonight when it cools down to try and get the Bowtech and the cross bow dialed in. I've been shooting good out to 40 yards with my bowtech, just need to get my new 50 and 60 yard pin shootin' good. I haven't shot the crossbow very much at all. I'm looking forward to it. I can't wait to KILL SOMETHING!!!
