Saw a black bear taken a few years back that had been living on blueberries. Its fat was blue in color, and the bear had a fruity flavor, no joke. Seen quite a few that were living on rotting salmon, my dog wont eat the meat off them. It really depends on their diet. Bear goes good in spagetti though....mmmmm
