Default Buffalo Hunting Pictures

My father in law and I went buffalo hunting this past monday and took two nice buffalo's. His was approximately 1900 lbs and mine was approximately 1200 lbs. You can see the difference in the size of the heads, but mine had remarkable horns for his age matched that of the larger buffalo. The pictures are below....

The pictures are huge so here is a link if they are too big to view

I have a video of the hunt with the bow and arrow and a video of my hunt with the 45-70. I will try to get a video of the bow and arrow hunt on the internet. You can see the flight of the arrow really well and see the impact into the bison. its REALLY neat to watch. I will try to get it up as soon as possible.

The hunt was a little south of Abilene Texas. They only allow bow and arrow and 45/70. I dont remember off hand what the manufacturer of the rifle is but i want to say its a Sharps(not my rifle, it is my father in laws). I only own modern rifles so Im not to "up to snuff" on older rifles but I can go check in a few minutes and get back with you if you are interested in knowing.
