Elkcrazy that is a beautiful mount and a great deer. I have the same philosophy about taxidermists that you do, a couple of extra months in irrelevant in the long run so long as they do a good job that you will be happy with for the rest of your life. My dad is waiting to get his muley back next month and I am waiting on a whitetail. The only muley I could have shot this year would have scored about 12"

I'm in my three year waiting cycle for my next chance at a big one. I was fifteen yards from the biggest non-typical mulie I'd ever seen, tag in my pocket and a client that had a archery elk tag and no deer tag. Laying back to us and just down the hill. Man oh man did I drool. In colorado you can't hunt while guiding hunters which is a good policy. You could hunt alot of days waiting for a setup on something like that. But I get to keep the memories.

Not to be nosey... but was always curious about what it would be for a mount? Deer, elk... etc.
