blind people have rights also.. what if a blind person went blind later on in life after years of hunting... They will be happy to hear of this bill.
You mean, what if someone was not blind, and then later on in life, they had an accident which rendered them legally blind?

I believe it would be an awsome thing.

Think about this. While hunting, do you only use your sight? I use my hearing as much or more while in a treestand. Think of your heart pounding when that deer, or whatever, is walking your way and you can't see it, only hear it. The anticipation is almost unbearable sometimes. I think it would be the same for a person whether they can see or not.
