I own an old Remington model 8 in .35rem, browning singleshot B78 in 30-06, ruger blackhawk in 45colt with a 45ACP cylinder that I can swap out, and I agree with everything on you listed. Especially the part about John Moses Browning being a freeking genius. I'm not sure if winchester would have ever succeeded if not for his designs. So I guess I'm a brush hunter.

WOW!!! Didn't consider myself a brush hunter...but I'd say about 70 of those points nailed me! There were probably 10 that I might agree with if I knew what he was talking about. (Mostly the gun history stuff...never handled a Krag...and never heard of Ashley peep sights and what not.)
