Over the counter leftoverprivate land cow tags for SW COLO are available online ( otc ). Yopu can look up the leftover list on the DOW site. The main thing there is to 'find' thepriv land to hunt on, most of which issouth of rt 160between Pagosa Springs and Durango. I think most pay some kind of trespass fee and thats it. Call the DOW in Durango and ask about landowners who do this. The Southern Utes have some tags also in this area but I think they charge high.
Good luck.

I don't think the DOW will be able to help witha list of private landowners.I contactedthe DOW office in Colorado Springs and they said they don't because oflegal issues.
