a ruger 44mag carbine with high eye releif (scout type)4x scope loaded with plain old 240 gr JHP's..............DEAD LION; GUARANTEED.

12 gauge pumpwith slugs and the 3 shell limit rod removed with as many shells as would go in the magazine (8?).

I would like to have one of those custom drillings I think,.338 win mag in the bottom,and double 12 ga on top.So when he closed with in 20 ft or so I could give him all three at once.

I though it said 25m from the grass, figured I'd just give it both barrels at once. However seeing that its 75m, I'd switch guns.
12 gauge, semi-auto, 6 shot mag, one in the chamber, all with slugs.

or C-7 with grenade launcher, although I would prefer the launcher was attached to an M-14

In that situation....probably one gun would be as effective as the next.....given that by the time the lion comes out of the grass........i have soiled my pants, already emptied my gun at the guy shooting the .270 and now I'm just waiting to get one look at this lion before dying of fright!
