When you "boys" grow up, you will figure out it's "quality" you want, NOT "quantity!"

Guys, I used to like having a lot of guns when i was little too, but i was about 10 years old. Some of u r acting like ur 2 years old. Besides, what would u do with all those guns anyways. My friend told me like a few weeks ago that a kid went with his dads fifty some guns and played "war" at their hunting cabin. That kid soon later shot this girls family and took the girl, this was supposedly in PA. Would u really use all those guns for hunting anyways?
Just get something fairly priced and shoot your trophies. A .22 hornet works fine for almost all small game. And just buy a .30-06 for the deer, moose, etc. and a 12 gauge would work well for a lot more things too.

I used to have between 15-20 guns and now I have cut it down to just 4
2 X 12ga SxS Shotguns (one is a family heirloom)
1 260rem for all my small and medium game
1 375H&H for all the big stuff (on the way)

I find at the least I spend a lot less time cleaning them now and I find the more you get used to an outfit the better you shoot with it I know my guns inside and out and find that I shoot the better for it.
But it’s all just a matter of personal taste if you want to collect them then all the more power to you.

You sound very close to a gun control advocate to me. Your logic is totally flawed. Just because I collect guns does not mean that I will suddenly go on a killing spree. Conversly, just because you own only a fewguns does not preclude you from losing you mind and killing someone.

If a want to collect fine weaponsas my hobby, I have the right. Some people collect vintage cars. Some play golf. some paint their faces and go to NFL Games. Truth be told I probably only hunt with a handfull of my rifles but I like having them all. Who are you to judge me. I believe that there is nothing as immature as name calling, so live and let live.

I am like shato more guns the better, going back to the drilling's my buddy has a Sauer 12 ga double with a 30/06 under it has the 22 insert for one of the 12 gauge barrels. I don't think he had to give an arm and leg for it. but not cheap.

My addition to the list would be the old and newly introduced 6.5 mm Rem. mag. one of those just have to have for me.

Colorada,
That is the most absured thing I have herd in a long time,we can't control everyones actions.Just cause that kid had a flaw in his brain activity dosen't mean everyone dose.

I collect, trade, buy, sell, horde guns,do I hunt with everyone of them I try.I buy for my kidds,my wife,my freinds, family.I have had hundreds of guns through the safe door.It dose not make me a mass murder, stalker, killer or what ever pepole depict of a gun owner.
I hope my kidds are as passionate about guns and huntingas I'am,and I hope I'am as good of a father to teach them all right and wrong and hope to god they have a consince(sp) to know right from wrong.

Now Shato I agree with your list to apoint, but you need to add the 25-06,220 swift,416 rem mag,458 lott and the 340 wby.Why just cause everyone should own one at one point in thier lives.

Holy crap! What is that thing? I'd have to agree, that looks to be about the perfect gun for everything! Seriously, is that real? Might be a bit barrel heavy it would seem...
That's the thing about "fine" guns, they don't have to weigh a TON, or be unbalanced just because it has more than one bbl...

The drilling in the picture weighs 7 pounds, and is NOT bbl heavy. And, it was real enough to put this 8 point in my freezer this last fall, and a heck of a lot more of them before that one...

BTW, hey Colorado, are you for real???? OR, did you just dream up something soSTUPID to get guys going on this site????
