Another thought is having a bolt gun built for you in the caliber you want.
I know Winchester makes a custom rile in 450 marlin,but the barrel is alittle to long to make a carbine out of it (24 in)
Another though is also the 350 Rem mag in the 673 carbine.Now this is a gun built for the timber and BIG game in mind.
Just a thought.
