I would sell both rifles & buy a 270.

While either will do the job in the real world, Most will recommend one of the Magnums. I have never used the 7 Mag on Grizzly but the 30-06 with 200 grain bullets have been used with a lot of sucess. I have alsio used the 45-70 in Grizzly country and its a good one if shots are not at long range. I would look at the 375 H&H if the 30's are not to your liking. I was with a fellow who shot a Grizzly with his 7MM Mag(Weaterby) with 175 grain bullets. Took two shots but the second was more for insurance as the first shot did all the damage needed.
The 270 although it has taken Grizzly, it is more for small game like elk and moose.

I'm w/ the majority here, neither are what I would choose for grizz, but I think the 30-06 w/ 200gr. would be better than anything the 7 mag can offer for grizzly. The 7mag would be great for the animals that wont take your rifle away from you and paddle your a$$ w/ it like a bear might. I think you can use either, then get a 8mm rem, 338 mag , 325 short magect for the bear.
