why arent more people using the feedback forum for the classifieds?

why arent more people using the feedback forum for the classifieds?
Seems kind of odd. I went over to look at the feedback section and there was only a few threads. One of which a guy got ripped off bigtime.
Seems to me if more people used the feedback forum the classifieds would really grow here because people would know who they could trust and who they couldnt.
just thinking out loud i guess.
