Im pretty much brand new here and first I just want to give everyone a big hello =).


Now onto the question. Im pretty sure that your back muscles is what muscles are used to pull a bow back. Not your arms. Is there any device or equipment that can help stengthen your muscles that require you to draw your bow back? I think I've seen one or two before but I have yet to find them anywhere. Any information will be greatly appreciated.
