So, how did you do yesterday???

Went spotting last night. Saw 6 bucks, 2 small 6 points, 3 8 points that score around 120-130, and a massive 10 point that carries mass and tine length with about a 22 inch tip to tip spread, probably score around 150-160 atleast since i always seem to underjudge. Good part is only me and my buddy i hunt with are the only people that know about any of these deer.I deffinatley cant wait for archery, big bucks seem to be everywhere this year. With the bucks i saw last night, that makes around 7-8 deffinate shooters in 1 square mile

Sorry boys...

I got in late last night and I was beat! Well, I saw 6 deer (3 mature does, 2 lambs, and a nice buck). I am not sure if it was the drop tine buck, but he was an 8-10 pointer still in velvet with good mass. The closest he got was 75 yards and then he headed in the opposite direction. He was a definite shooter and hopefully I will get a crack at him tomorrow (no hunting on sundays in Maine).

I could have shot one of the does. She was at ten yards, but I did not want to screw things up for the buck so I passed.
