Went out again yesterday evening. Had a steady wet snow falling, unfortunately I didn't see a single deer. Thought they would be moving before the heavier stuff hit. I'm leaving Wed. morning to be part of the orange crush for the second shotgun season in southern Il. Thu, Fri, Sat, & Sun. Good luck to anyone else still hunting.

That's surprising, I'd expect them to move to. Good luck to you too, my dad will be over there with his muzzleloader Thursday through sunday.

I'll be in the stand again on Saturday. Went out last weekend and saw zip. The orange army really put the deer on lock down mode. It snowed here on saturday when I was at the KU/MU game....don't really want to talk about that. I think it's supposed to snow tomorrow and stay in the lower 30's. Hopefully it'll get them moving for Saturday. Good luck fella's.

I will be heading out this afternoon and tomorrow afternoon. Then on Wed. afternoon I will be going to a spot with a coworker. He says they have a good bit of deer but we will see. Good luck everyone.
