We also need a team captain.It is not a tough job.Just keep reminding the members of the rules.(hunter bow and complete deer in picture)that is the main one people have trouble following.Try to remind the team members that we all have busy lives,but please stop in from time to time and let us know how your season is going.It really helps the team overall just knowing you are out there hunting and have not just blew the contest and team off.
Also team captains will assist the moderator in making sure the rules are followed and any need votes on violations or clarifacations.

Best luck this season Mark! You guys are fortunate to have this guy on your team - he's a great teammate. Good sense of humor, knows his stuff, and would give ya the shirt off his back. Good, salt-of-the-earth kinda guy.
