I think it has to be hosted online somewhere for everyone to use it, but I'm not sure. I'm trying some things to see if I can get it to work from my pc.

Ok it can be done from each indivuals pc, but better would be from a picture hosting site online.
uphunter...do you have somewhere you can post the pic online, and we can link to it? Something like photobucket, or similar?
