Well fellers I went out scouting again on Sunday. It was WINDYso I didn't expect to hear much. I did, however, spot some fresh tracks. We got a boatload of rain on Saturday and these tracks were post-rain so I'm hoping they'll be in that same area on Wednesday morning! I know I will be!

Wednesday is the day! I can't wait!

Ohh contrar! Or however you spell that! If he's got a fan, I'm shooting!

I got an invite from a buddy to hunt with him on Wednesday afternoon on his club property. It's several hundred acres and they have food plots. He said members that have been working on the plots the last few weeks have been seeing birds. My only concern is our weather forecast. They're calling for afternoon storms and we are hunting the afternoon. I'll be at the game lands that morning and then with him that afternoon. Hopefully we can close the deal! I'm ready!

Like this bad MO-FO!!!!!

My brother filmed this g-damn ostrich today at a local proeprty that we have permission for. He said the beard was even bigger in person, around 12-13 inches probably. He didnt look ultra heavy (probably 23-23 Lbs)(my brother is a good judge), but he was most def. the dominant bird in the area. This bird might push 70 NWTF ifhis spurs over and inch 1/4.

He was hanging out with this guy (a chump compared to the bird man above):

Heres the video clips guys:
