Last weekend at the Iowa Deer Classic we saw a touching tribute to the memory of Larry Huffman, whose death took many of us by surprise. The tribute included a display of some of the greatest whitetails on earth. Larry founded the Iowa Deer Classic in 1999. He also spent many years collecting the original antlers from some of the biggest bucks in the world, and displaying them at deer classics for the public to appreciate. Eight of Larry’s favorite bucks were on display at the Classic. Larry was a good friend and will be greatly missed.
